Tomorrow is a New Day

"Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurbities have crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day. You shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense."

Birth/Genealogy Print

I just made this for my little shop and just wanted to share it with you because I think it's so stinking cute as it shows the child 'who' they are and 'where' they came from:). Cute right?

April 2012 Visiting Teaching Message - Love, Watch Over & Strength

April's VT Message is:

Love, Watch Over, and Strengthen

While Visiting Teaching Messages have always focused on the teachings of the Savior Jesus Christ, beginning in this month they will begin to teach about ministering as He would. April’s message, “Love, Watch Over, and Strengthen,” is the first such message to teach these principles. Another great one about Visiting Teaching, with definitely something in it for all of us to improve on. Read the full story HERE.

IDEA 1

I decided to take the nine points of suggested qualities of a successful visiting teacher. These are on letter-sized paper (8.5x11) and 4 to a page. I thought they would be cute rolled-up into a scroll and tied with a pretty ribbon/fabric. Just click the image you like to be redirected to the download page.

IDEA 2
Subway print - pair it with the handout above (in idea 1). Available in 4x6, 5x7, 8x10 and 4 to a page. Click HERE

IDEA 3
"One by One"
I chose this print for the customizable printable in April. It's from 3 Nephi 11:15 (used in the message) where the Savior blessed the people 'one by one', the message talks about how we are to minister in that way too, so I thought was a good reminder for sisters who VT, and those who don't, that we are loved on an individual, one by one basis, and that He knows us.
This is available in 48 color combo's and the following sizes: 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, or 4 to a page.
